Application Types
Conveyor System
Parts are suspended on a variable-speed overhead conveyor that carries them through the spray booth and curing oven. Ideal for continuous, high-volume operations.
Chain-On-Edge Spindle
Perfect for deep-drawn or small parts, this system spins parts in front of electrostatic spray guns, then cures them in an oven. An efficient, cost-effective alternative to rack coating.
Rack Spray
Used for small runs or parts not suited for automated spray. Parts are manually sprayed while hanging.
Screen Spray
Used for parts that can’t be hung. Items are placed on screens and hand-sprayed—ideal for low-volume or specialty coatings.
